Clean looking if you buy into Second Avenue still considered Gramercy. We dont. Gramercy Starck is such a bullshit. People bought there believing it has anything to do with Gramercy and got Micky D instead. We like Tempo but timing for this project was in the worst time. That probably why they are reporting strong sales. 300 East 23rd Street has nice ring to it. check it out.
15 Renwick Street is nestled south of spring street in west Soho. Minutes from the new Trump Soho. Ismael Leyva Architect’s stamp for the neighborhood. We recommend highly as the area is a limited enclave that is not much expendable until the next rezoning which may or may not come whenever. If you’re thinking long term, we give it thumbs up. Plus we like Ismael. He’s nice guy.
